• Educated to at least degree level, or equivalent professional qualification.

• An ability to understand how commercial and public sector organisations operate.

• Experience in business continuity or disaster recovery and risk management.

• Independent, innovative and articulate.

• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
